Fair value, some channel issues
I got the Kannada Super Pack and a Multi-TV Connection for another room. The installation for the second connection took 6 days which felt a bit long. The main connection works great, no complaints there. On the second TV though, a couple of regional channels sometimes pixelate, especially during bad weather. Customer service was polite when I called about it, but the issue wasn't fully resolved. Value-wise, it's good for the number of channels, but the picture quality on the secondary connection could be better. The annual plan discount was a plus.
Consistent service, minor hiccup
I've been using DishTV for years, and they are usually very reliable. This time I ordered the Dish SMRT Stick after seeing an offer. It arrived in 4 days, which is standard. Installation was easy enough. The only thing is, the UI sometimes feels a bit slow compared to competitors, but for the price I paid, it's a solid upgrade to my old box. Will definitely continue using them.
Easy recharge, good channels
I just recharged my Hindi Starter Pack online, and it was super straightforward. Took like two minutes. Everything worked fine after that, and the channels are pretty good for the price. Happy with it.
